摘要
建立并应用了一种集高效液相色谱(HPLC)、流动注射(FI)和电化学发光三者优点于一体的HPLC-FI联用电化学发光分析新方法。方法基于将在线恒电流电解产生ClO-与Luminol构成了较强的化学发光体系,而维生素C对该化学发光体系有抑制作用,与流动注射技术相结合。该方法在维生素C的浓度为1.0×10^-8-3.0×10^-6mmol/mL之间回归,呈良好的线性,检出限达到3.0×10^-9mmol/mL,回收率在93.6%-106.8%。
A flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of ascorbic acid based on its inhibition of chemiluminescence from luminol-hypochlorite system is described. The hypochlorite was electrogenerated on-line by constant current electrolysis, thus, eliminating instability of hypochlorite solution prepared from commercially available sodium hypochlorite. This method has been coupled with HPLC which filled with a C1s column for separation so as to determine VC in Gannan-oranges. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 1.0 ×10^-8 - 3.0 ×10^-6 mmol/mL with a detection limit of 3.0×10^-9 mmol/mL. The recoveies were 93.6% - 106.8%. The proposed method is reliable, accurate and very suitable for the determination of VC in Gannan-oranges.
