摘要
针对目前微弧氧化技术中存在的电能消耗高的问题,对影响铝合金微弧氧化起弧电压的因素进行了研究,分析溶液成分和含量、工艺条件等因素对起弧电压的影响。试验结果表明,低能耗微弧氧化工艺中,温度最佳控制范围在30~60℃,溶液中的NaOH和Na2SiO3最佳浓度应分别控制在2g/L和5~8g/L,脉宽应控制在40~80μs。
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the process,the factors which affect arcing voltage of micro-arc oxidation on aluminum alloy were studied.The influences of electrolyte composition and concentration,as well as process condition on arcing voltage were measured.The experimental results show that in the process of micro-arc oxidation,the temperature of electrolyte should be exactly controlled in the range of 30~60 ℃,the optimal concentration of NaOH and Na2SiO3 is 2 g/L and 5~8 g/L respectively,the pulse width should be limited to the range of 40~80 μs.
