摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定布洛芬片中布洛芬的含量。方法色谱柱为Zorbax-ExtendC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾-磷酸(700∶300∶0.1)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为263nm。结果布洛芬质量浓度线性范围是100～800μg/mL,r=0.9999,其低、中、高3个量级的平均回收率分别为99.4%,98.8%,100.2%,RSD分别为0.8%,0.7%,1.0%。结论该法测定布洛芬中布洛芬的含量,结果可靠、简便、准确。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ibuprofen in ibuprofen tablet. Methods The chromatographic column of Zorbax-Extend C18 （150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-phosphoric acid （700： 300：0. 1）,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the UV detector wavelength was 263 nm. Results The linearity of ibuprofen was obtained separately over the range of 100- 800 μg/mL （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rates of ibuprofen were 99. 4%, 98. 8% and 100. 2% with corresponding RSD of 0. 8%, 0. 7% and 1.0%. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple and reliable for the simultaneous determination of ibuprofen in ibuprofen tablets.
