摘要
报告了３０９例不同类型肿瘤病人血清Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值，结果表明：肺癌或肝癌病人血清Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值较高，该比值对这两种类型肿瘤的诊断有帮助；在胃肠肿瘤术后，病人一旦出现肿瘤复发或转移，血清Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值显著升高，该比值在监测胃肠肿瘤病人术后是有价值的指标；无论是否有肿瘤复发或转移，乳腺癌术后病人血清Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值均处于较高水平。
This article reported different types 309 cases of cancer patients for serum Cu/Zn ratio.The result showed that (1) serum Cu/Zn ratio with lung or hepatic cancer patients was higher and thought to be useful for the diagnosis of lung or hepatic cancer,(2) After operation,Serum Cu/Zn ratio of gastrointestinal cancer patients was significantly higher,Once tumor recurred or metastasized.So serum Cu/Zn ratio was a valuable index in monitoring gastric and colonic cancer patients of postoperation,(3) whether tumor recur and metastasize or not,serum Cu/Zn ratio of postoperation with breast cancer patients has a higher level.
