摘要
本文从理论上通过分析晶闸管的物理机理,再通过采用脉冲工作方式进行试验分析,对额定通态电流状态下的均流系数进行冷、热态的对比分析与探讨。最后针对电力机车硅整流装置均流系数的测试提出一补偿方案。
The unbalance question in Electric locomotive Rectifier Devices is introduced regarding its coefficient of equalizer currents from normal temperature to worked temperature .We analyse Physical characteristic of Thyristor in theory, then examine equalizer currents in rating currents by pulse working, at last analyse coefficient of equalizer currents at 20℃ or at 80℃ and get a repair scheme about equalizer currents in Electric locomotive Rectifier Devices . According as the scheme in repair, estimate Devices.
