摘要
目的:建立保健食品中维生素 D_2、D_3的测定方法。方法:采用60%的乙醇进行涡旋振摇,再用60%的乙醇+正己烷(1:1)进行萃取,色谱柱 Alltima C_(18)(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相甲醇-乙腈(9:1);检测波长为265 nm。结果:维生素 D_2、D_3的进样量和峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为:0.25~5.0μg,r=1.000(n=5);维生素 D_2、D_3的回收率分别为95.5%和94.9%,RSD 为1.0%和0.98%(n=4)。结论:该方法简便快捷,准确度高,能满足部分含维生素 D 保健食品的含量测定要求。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of vitamin D2 ,D3 in the healthy care food. Methods: The samples was vortex shaked,then extracted by 60% alcohol + N - hexane( 1:1 ) ,a Alltima C18 column (250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used, with the mobile phase of methanol and acetonitrile ( 9: 1 ), detection was at 265 nm. Results: The linear range was 0. 25 - 5.0μg, r = 1. 000 ( n = 5 ). The average recoveries of vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 were 95.5 % and 94. 9 % , RSD = 1.0% and 0. 98% (n = 3 ). Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable, accutate.
