摘要
介绍了国内外学者从宏观和微观两方面对振动时效的机理研究形成的一些基本观点,指出振动时效处理的要点是选择合适的被振零件、激振器的安装位置以及零件的支承点,认为振动时效技术在国内的应用远不及国外发达国家,因此,振动时效技术在国内还具有很大的推广应用的潜力。
The mechanism of vibration stress relief(VSR) was reviewed on the macro-and-micre viewpoints. The mainpoints of VSR technology were pointed out to be the selection of vibration parts, the installation location of vibrators and the support points of the parts. The application of VSR technology in China is not as widely as in developed countries and VSR technology has great potential for application in China.
