摘要
本文依据相关资料数据,构建灰色模型,应用模型对新疆从业人才需求情况做出预测,提出了实现预测目标的策略建议,为新疆人才培养决策提供参考。
The article is based on previous information, use grey model to forecast the employment of xinjiang province, and give some advice on how to get it core true, it can view as a reference of the bringing in xianjiang.
