摘要
实验研究了氧化电压和氧化时间对多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)及Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构光致发光特性的影响,结果表明:AAO模板在350-550nm范围内存在较强的光致发光带;Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构的光发射强度随Co沉积量的增加而迅速减弱。定性分析解释了上述现象发生的原因。
We investigated the photoluminescence properties of AA0 membrane and Co/AA0 nano-array composites,which is affected by the oxide voltage and oxide time. The results show that a marked photoluminescence band of AAO occurs in the wavelength range of 350-550nm, and with the increasing deposition amount of Co nanoparticles, the PL intensity of Co/AAO decrease gradually. The above phenomena caused by Co nano-particles in Co/AAO composite were analyzed.
