摘要
以铜闪速熔炼生产过程为对象,在传统的PLC、DCS控制系统上,集成计算机网络、软件开发、专家系统、数模仿真、神经网络等先进技术,建立了闪速冶金在线智能监控与事故预警系统。介绍了系统的结构、特点,重点阐述了各模块的功能、实现技术和处理流程,系统能对精矿干燥、反应塔闪速熔炼、转炉吹炼、环境集烟、烟气收尘等生产过程进行多方位智能监控预警,为闪速熔炼安全生产并不断挖掘潜力提供有力保证。
Aiming at the production process of copper flash smelting as researched subject, the flash metallurgy on-line intelligence monitor and incident pre-alarm system was established based on traditional PLC and DCS control systems by adopting some advanced techniques like computer network, software exploitation, expert system, numerical simulation and neural network. The system structure and characteristic are introduced, putting emphasis on the functions, the techniques and process of every subsystem. The system can implement real-time on-line mon- itor on chief procedures of copper flash smelting including concentrate drying, reaction tower flash smelting, converting, environment gas exhaust, dust collection, and provide reliable guarantee on safe production and potential development for flash smelting.
