摘要
采用间苯三酚法和高效液相色谱法测定棉籽粕中游离棉酚含量,通过对提取方法和样品称量等测定条件筛选,并分析比较测定结果及回收率。结果表明:采用超声波滤取,间苯三酚法测定游离棉酚,具有操作简便、条件要求低、回收率高等优点,可作为企业内控质量检测推广应用方法。
Free gossypol content is mensurated in cottonseed meal by phloroglucinol dihydrate and high performance liquid chroma-tography. Then, filtrating sample extraction methods and the weighing of conditions is to analyze the results and rates of reclamation. The results show that the method by Ultrasonic Fikering in phloroglucinol dihydrate is easy to fulfill and gains higher rates of reclamation, which can be widely used in internal enterprises mensurating content of gossypol of cottonseed meal.
