摘要
研究了一种磷酸盐体系绿色稀土荧光粉,它们的化合式为(La1-a-bTbaCe)2O3·xP2O5·yB2O3,其中a>0,b>0,0.1≤a+b≤0.8,0.50≤x≤1.30,0.01≤y≤0.30。La,Tb,Ce的组份及磷硼化合物含量的变化对粉的发光亮度有明显影响。对高温固相反应和还原条件的研究表明:在含碳气氛下,于1100℃~1200℃灼烧是适宜的。
The green rare-earth phosphors of phosphate salt series are described by the general formula: (La 1-a-b Tb aCe b) 2O 3·xP 2O 5·yB 2O 3,a>0,b>0,0 1≤a+b≤0 8,0 50≤x≤1 30,0 01≤y≤0 30 The luminous brightness of the phosphors is critically influenced by the changes of La,Tb,Ce composition and phosphate and borate salt components The study on solid reaction at high temperature and reducing condition shows that annealing at 1100℃~1200℃ and carbon atmosphere is suitable
