本文介绍了GaAs作为太阳能电池材料的特点以及GaAs叠层太阳能电池的结构、性能等,叙述了GaAs叠层太阳能电池的研究现状及最新进展,讨论和分析了GaAs叠层太阳能电池的发展趋势。
The characteristics of GaAs tandem solar cell material and the structures, performance GaAs tandem solar cell are introduced in this paper. The Research status and the latest development on solar cells are reviewed.The development trends of tandem solar cells are also discussed and analyzed.
