摘要
采用正变试验法,探讨了稀土变质剂对铸造结合金ZL102性能提高的可行性.试验选用了不同的稀土添加量,考察了不同的变质时间及热处理制度对ZL102的强度、硬度、流动性以及重熔性等性能的综合影响规律.试验表明,稀土是铸造铝合金的优良变质剂,并且添加单一稀土的变质效果优于混合稀土.
orthogonal design is used to research the possibility in RE modifier improving the casting characteristics of Al-alloy ZL102. By tesing the adding types and amounts of RE modifier, modifying time and heat treating regime, we have gained the affecting regularities on ZL102 alloys strength, hardness, flowability and remelting properties. The tests indicate that rare earth elements are good modifier for the casting aluminium alloy. The effect of single RE modifier is better than mixed RE modifier.
