摘要
目的考察酸枣仁不同炮制品中有效成分酸枣仁皂苷A、B及水溶性浸出物的含量。方法通过薄层扫描法测定酸枣仁皂苷A、B的含量;用浸提法测定浸出物的含量。结果酸枣仁经炮制以后,各炮制品中的酸枣仁皂苷A、B及浸出物的含量均高于生品。结论在所测定的酸枣仁皂苷A、B及浸出物含量中,微波炮制品高于炒黄品。
Objective To determine the contents of Jujuboside A and Jujuboside B and the aqueous extract from Semen Ziziphi Jujubae processed by different ways. Methods The contents of Jujuboside A and Jujuboside B in Semen Zizyphi Jujubae were assayed by TLC ;the content of the aqueous extract was assayed by extraction in water. Results After being processed, all of the contents of Jujuboside A and Jujuboside B and the aqueous extract from Semen Zizyphi Jujubae increased and were higher than those in the raw samples which were not processed. Conclusion The contents of Jujuboside A and Jujuboside B in Semen Ziziphi Jujubae and the aqueous extract from Semen Ziziphi Jujubae processed by microwave are higher than those only are fried in the pan.
