摘要
目的探讨时间护理对高血压病患者疗效的干预作用。方法将380例高血压病患者随机分为试验组200例和对照组180例。试验组根据患者血压昼夜波动节律给予调整服药时间及心理护理时间，而对照组按传统服药时间给药，随访1年后比较两组患者的疗效。结果试验组降压显效率为47．50％，有效率为42．50％；对照组显效率为31．11％，有效率为26．67％，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）。试验组患者因心脑血管意外事件复发再入院70例，占35．00％，对照组再入院95例，占52．78％；试验组患者因心脑血管意外事件2次以上复发再入院25例，占12．50％，而对照组2次以上复发再入院43例，占23．89％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）。结论掌握人体生理时间节律及药物治疗的时间节律，对高血压患者实施时间护理，全程平稳降压，对提高高血压病患者降压效果以及减少心脑血管意外事件的发生具有非常重要的现实意义。
Objective The exploration for the time nursing to high blood pressure patient curative effect interference function. Methods 380 eases of patients suffered fi＇om, the high blood pressure are divided into 200 eases as experiment group and 180 eases as comparison group. The experiment group is regulated for taking medicine by blood pressure wave rhythm of patients and psychology nursing time. The eomparlson group took medicine according to the traditional taking medicine; Two groups are compared after visiting for one year. Results The blood reduction curative showing effective rate is 47.50% for the experiment group, effective rate of 42. 50%, the comparison group of showing effective rate 31.11% ; effective rate of 26. 67% ; Two groups are compared to have remarkable difference （ P average 〈 0. 01 ） ; 70 eases of patients suffered from heart and brain vein of experiment group accident to enter hospital again to ooeupy 35.00%, 95 eases of patients for experiment group to enter hospital again to ooeupy 52. 78% ; 25 eases of patients suffered from heart and brain vein of experiment group accident to enter hospital again to ooeupy 12. 50% for two times, 43 eases of patients for eomparison group to enter hospital again to ooeupy 23. 89%. Two groups are compared to have remarkable difference （ P average 〈 0. 01 ） . Condusion To master body physiology pathological and medical treatment time rhythms and execute time nursing to the patients suffered from high blood pressure with evident effect, complete stable pressure reduction. It is realistic and very important meanings to improve pressure reduction effect for the patients suffered from high blood pressure and relieve the ooeurrenee of heart and brain blood accident.
