摘要
社会主义新农村建设急需大量人才,国家鼓励大学生到农村基层建功立业。但限于城乡差距加大、保障措施滞后、就业观念陈旧,使大学生对农村就业心存消极态度。本文试从当前就业形势严峻的背景下,分析大学生到农村就业消极心理的表现及原因,探讨解决大学生消极心理的对策,以期对引导大学生积极投身新农村建设,缓解就业压力,产生积极的意义。
The construction of socialist new countryside needs a great many talented persons. Owing to different conditions between the rural and urban areas, backward measurements and old concepts in employment, most college students would take negative psychology to be employed in rural areas. Therefore, this paper is to analyze the reasons that students take negative psychology to be employed in rural areas, and suggest strategies to solve their psychology so as to guide students to dedicate themselves to the construction of new countryside and to ease up the pressure in employment.
