摘要
以油田大型注水设备的振动信号为研究对象,在深入油田生产实际调研的基础上,开发了面向油田注水设备的振动信号分析和诊断系统。在介绍系统的整体设计后,详细说了系统的信号分析设计、传感器的选择与布置,以及数据分析软件的设计。最后以某泵站3#、4#、5#注水泵机组为现场应用对象,对机组进行实际监测与分析,得出一系列状态监测结果,其中5#机组的轴承振动信号与机组轴承内圈偏磨相符合。
Taking the vibration signal of large-scale oilfield water injection devices as study object, and on the basis of the thorough investigation of practical oilfield production, the vibration signal analysis and diagnosis system facing the oilfield water injection devices is developed. After the introduction of the overall design of the system, the signal analysis design, the selection and location of sensors and the design of data analysis software are presented in detail. Taking the water injection pump units No.3, 4 and 5 in a pump station as field application objects, the practical monitoring and analysis of the pump units are carried out and a series of monitoring results are obtained. Among them, the bearing vibration signal of No.5 unit conforms with the eccentric wear of the inner rim of the unit bearing.
