摘要
知识管理是以知识创新为目的,是图书馆管理发展的必然,但现阶段图书馆的发展还远不能满足知识管理的需求,实施知识管理过程中会受到几种因素的制约:隐性知识管理的制约;知识整合的制约;知识产权保护的制约;知识服务条件的制约。
Knowledge management aims at innovation and is the inevitable selection for the development of knowledge management in library. At present, the development of library cannot meet the needs of knowledge management. Implementing knowledge management was restricted by several factors： tacit knowledge management, knowledge integration, intellectual property protection, knowledge service.
