对某股份有限公司生产现场物流现状进行了分析。通过深入调查,运用设施规划和物流分析中的SLP、SHA的原理对生产现场的设备布局及周转器具进行重新规则和设计,使车间做到物流顺畅、运输路线最短、缩短生产周期和降低生产费用。
This paper analysis the existing logistics problem of Workshop in XX CO. Ltd., passing to inquire into, making use of the facilities the programming and the principle of the SLP, SHA within the logistics analysis to produce the equipments of the spot layout and turnover the tool to carry on the rule afresh and design, make the Workshop attain the logistics smooth, transport the route the most short, shorten to produce the period and lower the factor cost.
