摘要
转学教育是美国社区学院的基本职能,它与其它四年制高校间的学分互认机制为学生在校与校间的流动提供了便利,是美国教育的一大特色。文章在分析美国社区学院背景及其与其它高教机构间关系的基础上,具体阐释了北卡罗来纳州"全面学制衔接协议"的形成、运作规则及特点,以期为我国新时期的专本衔接提供借鉴。
The basic function of USA community college is transfer education, the credit ratifying system of community college with other four-year university facilitates the students flowing between the schools. This is a marked feature of American education. The paper specifically explains formation, operating rules and features of the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement in the North Carolina based on analyzing the background of USA community college and its relationship with other higher education institution. It intends to offer some experience for students transfer between specialized college and graduate school in the new time in our country.
