摘要
随着经济产业中生态旅游业的发展,作为生态旅游业三大支柱之一的旅游酒店,在可持续发展理论的背景下,就必须走生态旅游业的道路,营造绿色酒店已成为酒店业发展的必然趋势。只有注重生态环境,着眼于追求经济效益、社会效益和环境效益最优化的新型管理——环境管理(绿色管理),才能使酒店业更好地与国际接轨,在竞争中立于不败之地。
As one of the three pillars of eeo--tourism, the touring hotels should move their way through eeo--touring develop- ment. As the development of eeo -- tourism goes further, together with the background of sustainable development, building a green hotel has become a definite trend of hotel industry. It is a must to focus on ecology environment. Only by paying attention to profit, social and environmental benefit （a new management method--environmental management, which can also be named green management） can hotels live up with international standards and survive in fierce competition in market places.
