摘要
目的:观察眼针结合运动疗法治疗脑梗死患者肢体运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组各40例,治疗组采用眼针结合运动疗法,并配合常规治疗;对照组采用运动疗法配合常规治疗。结果:2组治疗后SSS量表评分均明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组评分升高更为明显,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后巴氏指数(Barthel Indel,BI)均明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组BI稍高于对照组,但2组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗组残障5例,无死亡,残障率12.5%;对照组残障7例,死亡2例,残障率22.5%。2组治疗后Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(简称FMA)评分均明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组FMA评分稍高于对照组,但2组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:眼针结合运动疗法治疗脑梗死患者肢体运动功能障碍疗效优于单纯运动疗法,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of eye acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for the treatment of limb dyskinesia due to cerebral infarction.Meth- ods:Eighty patients with limb dyskinesia due to cerebral infarction were equally randomized into 2 groups.Group A received eye acupuncture combined with exercise therapy on the ba- sis of routine western medicine,and group B received exercise therapy combined with routine western medicine.Results:The SSS score was increased in the two groups after treatment (P<0.05)as compared with that beforo treatment,and the increase of SSS score was obvi- ous in group A(P<0.05)as compared with group B.The Barthel Index(B1)was in- creased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)as compared with that before treat- ment,and BI was higher in group A than that in group B(P<0.05).Physical disabilities were found in 5(12.5%)patients of group A,and no death was found.In group B,there were 7(22.5%)patients with physical disabilities and 2 dead.The score of Fugl-Meyer motor-function assessment(FMA)was increased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)as compared with that before treatment,but the difference in the two groups was in- significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with exercise therapy has a better therapeutic effect than exercise therapy only for the treatment of limb dyskinesia due to cerebral infarction.
