摘要 针对异丙醇生产过程的特点和控制要求,给出一套基于PROFIBUS现场总线协议的异丙醇集散控制系统,并分析了控制系统的整体结构、功能、软硬件设计和控制策略。全冗余结构设计保证了系统的可靠性;通讯网络和数据库设计为CIPS其他分系统提供了数据接口,解决了"自动化孤岛"问题。该系统已成功应用于某厂异丙醇生产过程,实现了全厂的集中管理和分散控制,在降低成本、简化维护及管理的同时,提高了系统的可靠性、稳定性和实时性,取得了良好效果。 According to the production process and the control requirement of isopropyl alcohol enterprise, a distributed control system based on profibus fieldbus technology was given in this paper, the whole structure, function, design of software and hardware , control strategy and implement of the control system were analyzed in detail. Redundancy design assured the reliability of the system; communication network and database design offered data Interface for other parts of CIPS and solved isolated automation problems. The practical application proves that the DCS realizes the centralized supervision and distributed control of the whole product process, which reduces the invest cost and simplifies the maintenance, at the same time, it also improve the reliability, stability and real-time quality of the product line. And it is good in both economic benefit and society benefit.
