球齿轮传动消除齿侧间隙的方法研究

摘要 提出了一种自动消除球齿轮传动齿侧间隙的方法,重新设计了系杆的连接部分,分析了系杆弹簧的刚度特性,给出一组设计参数,利用COSMOSXpress进行仿真分析和初步试验验证,最终得到设计该零件的一组可用参数,表明该方法是可行的。 Put forward a method of the auto-elimination of the backlash in the spherical gear transmission . Redesign the casing, and analysis the characteristic of its stiffness. Given a set of design parameters, analysis and test the parameters with COSMOSXpress simulation and primary test. Finally, a set of suitable parameters is gained, showing that the method is feasible.
