摘要
通过对大量结构实体钢筋保护层厚度的监督检测,特别是现浇梁类构件中几种不利检测位置进行研究分析,一方面,检测者在检测时应合理避开该位置,避免这些偶然性因素导致的误判,以使检测具有代表性;另一方面,提出对某些不利位置应通过钢筋安装质量的提高及构造要求来得到解决,使钢筋保护层厚度符合要求以减少对结构的不利影响。
Base on the supervision and test for the thickness of protective coating of steel bar in engineering structure body, especially in cast-in-situ beam, several kinds of positions that adverse to testing are researched and analysed. On one hand, those in charge of testing should rationally avoid these positions and avoid the erroneous judgement that caused by the haphazard factor, in order to make the test representative. On the other hand, propose the solutions to these positions improving the install quality of steel bar and improving the structure requirement, make the thickness of protective coating conform to requirement so the adverse influence to structure can be reduced.
