摘要
以南京市某生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液为研究对象,采用氨吹脱/投炭SBR/混凝沉淀工艺处理小型生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液.试验中研究了氨吹脱单元中pH值、气液比对氨氮去除的影响,探讨了投炭SBR单元中粉末活性炭浓度对COD去除率,进水氨氮浓度对氨氮及COD去除率的影响.全流程试验结果表明:该工艺对COD、BOD5、氨氮的去除率分别为89.9%,94.0%,98.7%,出水水质达到了《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889—1997)的Ⅱ级排放标准.两级氨吹脱与投炭SBR组合工艺处理低有机物浓度的小型生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液,在技术上是可行的.
Process of ammonia stripping, powdered activated carbon-SBR and coagulation-sedimentation was applied to the leachate from a small-scale domestic landfill in Nanjing. Impact of pH and ratio of gas to liquid on NH3-N removal rate was studied in ammonia stripping unit, and then effect of powdered activated carbon dosage on COD(chemical oxygen demard) removal and effect of ammonia concentration of SBR ( sequencing batch reactor) inflow on ammonia and COD removal were approached in biological treatment unit. Results of this process show that total removal rate of COD, BOD5 and NH4^+ -N is respectively 89.9%, 94. 0%, and 98.7%, and the effluent quality reaches Ⅱ-class criteria specified in Domestic Landfall Pollution Control Standard (GB 16889-1997). Technically, it is feasible to treat small-scale domestic landfill leachate with low concentration of organic pollutants by using process composed of two-stage ammonia stripping and powdered activated carbon-SBR.
