摘要
目的研制颅脑标本在CT、MR横断面扫描以及机械切削过程中的固定装置并探讨其应用效果。方法使用自制的有机玻璃装置,以眦耳线为基线对颅脑标本进行固定,然后对其进行CT、MR扫描,并进行机械切削,获得相对应的CT、MR扫描及切削标本的断层图像资料。结果用自制固定装置固定的颅脑标本经CT、MR扫描及切削所获得的断层图像资料得到了理想的对应效果。结论通过自制的颅脑标本固定装置获得CT、MR扫描相对应的断层图像资料是切实可行的。
Objective To manufacture a device for fixing skull specimen in CT and MR cross scanning. Methods A self-made organic glass equipment was applied to fix the skull specimen based on the CML and CT/MR scanning and machinery remotion done to get corresponding CT and MR images. Results An ideal result was obtained by using this self-made fixing device. Conclusion It is practicable to acquire tomographie data from CT/ MR scan by using self-made skull-fixing setting.
