摘要
时代发展、新课改、教师专业发展、教师生命质量的提升呼唤教育智慧,但教育实践中教师教育智慧处于缺失状态。文章提出通过创造教育智慧生成的外部条件:创建共同愿景、创建校本培训模式、创设终身学习的氛围,以及内部条件:认识教育智慧的价值、对学生的爱、反思、参加创造性实践,来促进教育智慧的生成与提升。
