摘要
提出了一种新的故障定位的精确算法。它是利用输电线路双端电气量进行故障测距的。该方法仅需要线路双端电压及电流测量值,不受线路两端系统阻抗、故障类型及接地电阻等因素的影响;同时该方法避免了两端电气量的坐标变换,在线路两端进行的电气量测量不需要同步。大量的数字仿真结果以及动模实验结果表明,该算法具有相当高的精确度。
This paper proposes a new fault location algorithm based on the data acquired from both end of the faulted line. The method could have high accuracy no matter how much the system impedances and the grounding resistances are- The algorithm accuracy is uninfluenced by the fault type and the data simultaneity too. The digital simulation and physical simulation results show that the method is perfect with accuracy.
