摘要
随着我国大多数油田进入高含水期,油田地面集输管路中含水原油的含水率可达到90%以上,为了研究影响其低温集输极限温度的因素,本文对大庆油田采油一厂的现场含水原油进行了实验研究,通过在不同管径、不同流量和加入不同浓度流动改进剂的对比实验中得知,减少流量,增大管径和流动改进剂浓度可降低含水原油低温集输的极限温度,其中加入流动改进剂的作用最为显著,可更好的起到节能将耗的作用,在集输管网中有着良好的运用前景。
In company with the increase of water content,the water percentage in pipeline network can reach 90%.In order to research the influencing factor to limiting temperature of lowtemperature transportation,the experiment have been made.In this paper,by means of contrsating the data from the experiment,we know that reducing flux rate,increasing pipe diameter and concentration of flow improver can reduce the limiting temperature.The effect of adding flow improver is most remarkable,and it can be operated easily,so it has a good application future.
