The relationship of ovulation with trace elements of Cu and reproductive hormone

摘要 目的:探讨微量元素Cu及生殖激素与卵泡发育的关系。方法:建立雄激素致无排卵大鼠(A SR)模型,设为模型组,另设同批出生的SD雌性大鼠为对照组;采用空气-乙炔火焰法及放射免疫分析方法,分别对两组大鼠血清微量元素Cu及雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)的水平进行比较。采用光镜,对两组大鼠卵巢进行组织形态学观察。结果:与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清Cu、E2、T含量明显增加(P<0.01);卵巢组织形态学观察:对照组可见各期发育卵泡及黄体形成,模型组卵泡呈囊性扩张,颗粒细胞层明显减少,大量卵泡闭锁。结论:血清Cu、E2、T变化可能影响卵泡发育和排卵。 Objective: To explore the relationship of ovulation with trace elements anct reproductive hormone by observing the changes of serum trace elements of Cu, estradiolum ,testosterone and the morphological structures in the ovary in androgen induced sterile rats (ASR). Methods :The ASR model was set up by androgen inducement, and at the same time,a normal control group of normal rats was also set up. The level of trace elements of Cu in blood was measured with air-acetylene flame method . The level of serum estradiolum and testosterone was detected by radioimmunoassay. The morphological structures in the ovary were observed by HE dyeing. Results~ The level of serum trace elements of Cu, estradiolum and testosterone in model group was obviously higher than that of control group, the ovarian follicle of model group was ectatic and the granular layer was very thin. There were abundant all-growth period follicle and corpus luteum in ovary in normal rats. Conclusions :The changes of serum trace alements of Cu, estradiolum and testosterone might affect the follicular development and ovulation.
