摘要
赖氨匹林组与６５４—２组各４０例，对肾石致肾绞痛的疗效，赖氨匹林组总有效率（９２．５％）、显效率（７２．５％）和镇痛起效时间（１５±５．８）ｍｉｎ与６５４—２组比较分别为７０．０％、２２．５％、（２６±１０．４）ｍｉｎ，差异具有高度显著性（３项指标均为Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明赖氨匹林治疗肾绞痛的疗效明显优于６５４—２。
To Compare the effct of the Aspirin-DL-lysine and that of 654-2 to treat each group 40 cases of the renal colicky pain caused by the nephrolith, the effect rate, influential effect rate and pain-stop beganing time in Aspirin-DL-lysine group was 92 5%, 72 5% and 15±5 8 min to 654-2 group was 70 0%, 22 5% and 26±10 4 min They were markedly different (three of figures were P<0 01) The result showed that Aspirin-DL-Lysime is much better than 654-2 for treatment of renal colicky pain
