臭氧氧化糖蜜酒精废液及其动力学研究 被引量:1

Study on the Removing CODcr Effect of Ozone on the Waste Liquid of Molasses Alcohol and Reaction Kinetics

摘要 通过对臭氧流量、溶液pH值、反应温度及氧化时间四个因素的试验探索,得出臭氧氧化法处理酒精废液单因素影响的基本规律。最佳条件组合:流量0.10 m^3/h,pH9.0,温度40℃,时间60 min做优化试验,废液CODcr的脱除率为51.36%。在臭氧氧化糖蜜酒精废液的过程中,CODcr的降解规律符合表观一级反应。 The experiment was carried respectively on 4 pieces of influence factor: ozone flow, pH of the waste liquid, reaction temperature, oxidation time and drawed on the single-factor basic regularity that ozone oxidized the waste liquid of alcohol. The optimum condition is made up of that: flow is 0.10 m^3/h; pH is 9.0; temperature is 40℃ ;time is 60 minute. The result shows that the removal rate of CODcr of wastewater is 51.36%. The oxidation reaction of the waste liquid of alcohol by ozone flowed a pseudo-first order reaction.
