摘要
论述了刑法关于侵占罪犯罪对象的范围,提出了代为保管他人财物不仅包括合法的有形财产,而且还包括无形财物、违禁品、赃物和用于违法或者犯罪所得的财物等新观点,同时对他人的遗忘物、埋藏物的内涵做了具体明确的界定。
This paper exposes the Penal Code on criminal occupy object, take custody of the property to include not only legitimate tangible property, but also intangible property, contraband, stolen goods and illegal property obtained by crime or for crime. Meanwhile, the article defines the connotation of lost property and bury property specifically.
