摘要
在石英砂表面分别涂氢氧化铝和氧化铁对其进行改性以提高石英砂过滤去除污染物的能力,并进行过滤性能试验.结果表明,改性石英砂比天然石英砂对浑浊度的去除率平均高出13%以上;过滤初期,天然石英砂对UV254和CODC r去除率为6.8%和40%,而改性石英砂则在58.5%和84%以上;在除氟方面,涂铁砂具有优势,过滤持续20 h除氟率在90%以上;涂铝砂除锌效果最好,过滤前22 h时除锌率在97%以上.对滤料进行再生处理,再生的改性石英砂过滤除浊效果有所下降,但仍比一次天然石英砂除浊效果好.
Alumina-coated and iron oxide-coated quartz sand are used to enhance the decontaminated capability of natural quartz sand. The adsorption filtration tests show that the turbidity removal efficiency of modified quartz sand is 13% higher than natural quartz sand ;the UV254 and CODcr removal efficiencies of natural and modified quartz sand are 6. 8% ,40% and 58.4% ,84% respectively; the F removal efficiency of iron oxide-coated quartz sand is over 90% during 20 h; the Zn^2+ removal efficiencies of alumina-coated quartz sand is over 97% in early 22 h. The turbidity removal efficiency of regenerated modified quartz sand decreases a little but still higher than natural quartz sand.
