摘要
研究了导流介质、重力、注射方式和注射管径等工艺参数对真空导入模塑工艺中树脂流动行为的影响。结果表明,真空导入模塑工艺中,主导树脂充模流动速度的是导流介质的渗透率;注射方式改变时,树脂的流动模式和流动速度发生改变;树脂的充模流动速度随着注射管径的增大而增大;树脂的流动倾角越接近竖直方向重力对树脂流动的影响越大。
The effect of distribution media, gravity, infusion methods and diameter of infusion pipe on resin flow behavior in vacuum infusion molding process is studied. The results show that the permeability of distribution media has significant effect on resin filling rate, both the flow modes and filling rate of the resin change with resin infusion methods, the resin filling rate increases with the diameter of infusion pipe and the influence of gravity on the resin flow rate increases with obliquity of the resin flow direction.
