考虑周调节抽水蓄能电站的调峰电源优化 被引量:13

摘要 为了合理论证调峰电源的开发方式和效益,提出了考虑周调节抽水蓄能电站运行特点的电力系统调峰电源规划优化模型。此模型从系统整体出发拟定规划期内各水平年所有可能的可行调峰方案,运用优化方法仿真计算,综合分析和比较不同的调峰方案下系统的技术经济指标,求得从系统整体和规划期总体考虑的经济合理的调峰电源规划优化方案。应用所提模型,优化计算某省规划抽水蓄能电站(HP),得出无抽水蓄能电站和抽水蓄能电站具有不同调节库容情况下的系统技术经济指标,结果分析证明了此模型的正确性和实用性。 This paper presents a mathematical model for peaking units optimal expansion planning by weekly regulaion pumped storage power station, in which the production simulation based on weekly load is introduced. Mathematically, the peaking units expansion planning problem takes into consideration with a set of equality and inequality constraints. The objective function of the proposed model is the least total accounting fee, including investment fee, operating fee and power cut loss fee as payout and other benefit as income. The constraints of the model contains the reserve capability constraints, the maximum installation capability of the generator, the maximum and minimum output of the generator constraints, the fuel consumption of the thermal station constraints, the water consumption of the hydro-station constraints, the reservoir capability and the spare capability of the pumped storage station constraints. By analyzing and comparing technical indexes and economical indexes obtained by production simulation the most desirable and economical planning scheme of peaking units can be found from all possible schemes. The optimal scheme can point out whether to build or not to build the pumped storage power station, its arrangement and dispatch model, etc. The proposed model is implemented on a practical planning program of a practical power system with pumped storage power station in the middle China. The results of optimization calculation show that pumped storage power station with weekly regulation characteristic has the same ability as that with daily regulation characteristic in substituting thermal station. However, weekly regulated station has more benefit in the whole economy and saving coal, but not so good as daily regulation in peaking.
