摘要
通过单因子和正交实验确定安络小皮伞菌丝体粗多糖提取的最优条件为:料水质量体积比1∶30、提取温度70℃、提取时间2h、提取次数1次,在此条件下粗多糖的提取率达到11.45%。纯化后的多糖用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法测定EDTA-2Na-Fe2+-H2O2系统诱导大鼠肝匀浆的脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,结果表明,纯化的多糖对脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用,以0.4倍体积沉淀多糖的效果最佳,达到98%。
The single factor tests and orthogonal experimental designs were applied to optimize the extraction conditions for the crude polysaccharides from Marasmius androsaceus. The optimum conditions for extraction process were as follows: the ratio of water to sample was 30 : 1, extracting temperature was 70℃, extracting time was 2h, and extracting times was 1. The inhibition on homogenate lipidperoxidation malondialdehyde (MDA) of rat liver induced by EDTA -2Na- Fe^2+- H2O2 system was measured by thiobarabituric acid (TBA) colorimetric method. The polysaccharide can inhibit lipid-peroxidation and the best of 0.4 times the volume filtrate can reach to the highest value of 98%.
