摘要
用CB—HRP逆行标记法显示豚鼠臂丛干性损伤后正中神经再生4周或8周的再生轴突的胞体及树突。经光镜图像分析表明:自然恢复状态下,树突形态恢复缓慢,再生8周时树突伸展区域、长度、数量及一级树突直径等指标均与正常侧有很大差距。针刺治疗的4周或8周,上述各项指标均优于自然恢复组,8周时已接近正常侧水平。表明周围神经损伤再生后树突形态异常是功能恢复障碍的重要因素,针刺促进树突形态的恢复是治疗神经损伤病症的神经生物学基础之一。
The cell body and dendrite of the regenerative axon of the median nerve 4 or & weeks after injury of trunks of brachial plexus in the guinea pig were developed with CB-HRP retrograde label method. Optic microscope image pattern analysis indicated that natural recovery of dendritic appearance was slower, as regeneration for & weeks there were quite differences in exension area, length,amount of the dentrite and diameter of the primary dendrite,etc. between the injury side and the health side. After acupuncture treatment for 4 or 9 weeks,the above--mentioned indexes all were. superior to those in the natural recovery group. After treatment for 9 weeks, they were close to those in the health side. It is suggested that abnormal dendritic appearance after generation of peripheral nerve injury is an important factor disturbing functional recovery, and acupuncture promoting the recovery of dendritic appearance is one of neurobiologic basis of good therapeutic effects on nerve injury.
