摘要
评述了植物纤维/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料、植物纤维/聚-3-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)复合材料、植物纤维/3-羟基丁酸酯和3-羟基戊酸酯的共聚物(PHBV)复合材料,植物纤维/聚己内酯(PCL)复合材料、植物纤维/壳聚糖复合材料、植物纤维/淀粉复合材料、植物纤维/纤维素衍生物复合材料、全植物纤维复合材料的制备和成型方法,分析比较了材料的各种力学性能,以及为了增强材料的力学性能而进行的纤维改性。结果表明,这些复合材料具有性能优良、环境友好、可完全生物降解的特点。展望了植物纤维全生物降解复合材料未来的研究趋势。
The development of composites made from plant fiber is reviewed in this paper. The fabrication of composites made from plant fiber and polylaetie acid (PLA), poly-3-hydroxy-butyrate (PHB), poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV), poly-(ε-eaprolaetone), ehitosan, starch, cellulose derivatives and all-plant fiber composites, the developments of different molding methods, and studies on mechanical properties of the composites and chemical treatments to natural fiber for improvement in the mechanical properties are introduced. These composites are of superior properties, environment-friendly, and full-biodegradable. At last, the future investigating trends are prospeeted as well.
