摘要
为锁芯自动装配机床设计了钥匙齿形码自动识别系统,系统通过测量齿高来识别,并讨论了其测量误差的组成及其影响因素。分析了温度对系统产生零点漂移和测量比例系数变化的影响,并采用软件补偿技术对系统的误差进行了校正。在实际应用过程中取得了良好的效果,提高了锁芯自动装配系统的效率和准确性。
An automatic - identification system of key code was developed for the lock auto - assembly ma- chine, and the resource of measuring error and its influences were analyzed. The reasons of the influences of temperature to zero drift and measuring ratio were discussed. Then, a software compensation method was used to solve the problem of identification error. The application result of this system proves that the efficiency and accuracy of auto - assembly system of lock is improved.
