摘要
目的:研究国产狭叶番泻叶Cassia angustifolia Vahl的化学成分,积累对照品,以便系统比较国产与进口狭叶番泻叶内在质量的异同,更好的开发利用国产番泻叶。方法:利用溶剂提取法和各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物:胆甾醇(Cholesterol,Ⅰ),山柰酚-3-芸香糖苷(Kampferol-3-rutinoside,Ⅱ),1,6-二羟基-3-甲基-xanthone-8-羧酸(Calyxanthone,Ⅲ),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(3-methoxy-4-hydorxy-benzoic acid,Ⅳ),对二甲氨基苯甲醛(P-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde,Ⅴ),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅵ)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Cassia angustifolia Vahl. Methods : Solvents extraction and various chromatographic methods were applied to separate and purify its constituents. The structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral analysis. Results: Six compounds were obtained and identified as cholesterol( Ⅰ ) ,kampferol-3-rutinoside ( Ⅱ ) , ealyxanthone ( Ⅲ ) , 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzoie acid ( Ⅳ ) , p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde ( Ⅴ ) , 3,4-dihydroxybenzoie acid ( Ⅵ ). Conclusion: Six compounds( Ⅰ -Ⅵ) are obtained from this plant for the first time.
