摘要
目的:探讨大鼠神经根型颈椎病实验动物模型的手术制备方法。方法:选用Wistar大鼠,按照颈后入路、颈前锁骨上入路、颈前锁骨下入路三种不同方式进行造模,体会造模过程中手术的难易程度,并在术后21d观察大鼠的成活率和大体形态。结果:颈前锁骨下入路操作过程更为简单,容易掌握,术后21d观察到大鼠的大体形态较好。结论:颈前锁骨下入路操作简单,更加科学、合理,符合大鼠神经根型颈椎病实验研究的需要。
Objective:This study is to discuss and establish a rational,sci- entific and concise rat cervical nerve root disease animal model d surgical preparation method.Methods:Wistar rats are upon for mod- eling by the three different surgical preparation methods including the cer- vical posterior approach anterior supraclavicular and anterior sub- are explored,compares and evaluated.And 21 days later we observed the general morphology of the survival rats.Results:Anterior subclavian ap- proach operation process is simpler and easier to be mastered and applied, and the survival rats have a good shape in general after 21 days.Conclu- sion:The Anterior subclavian surgical approach is simpler more scientific and reasonable.It contributes to the further rat cervical nerve root disease experimental researches.
