摘要
2007年初，中国和东盟10国签订了中国-东盟自由贸易区《服务贸易协议》，该协议于2007年7月1日起正式生效。回顾2005年7月开始正式实施中国-东盟自由贸易区《货物贸易协议》，使双方7000余种商品全面降税，贸易额持续增长。2006年，双边贸易额达到1608亿美元，同比增幅达23．4％。可以预见，双边《服务贸易协议》的签订，必将为双边服务贸易的发展奠定良好的基础，极大地促进双边的经济增长。
In the early of 2007, The Agreement of Service and Trade in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area was signed between China and ASEAN nations, which set a good foundation for the development of bilateral service and trade. Guangxi lies in the bridgehead of China to ASEAN, holds a strength in both geographic position and resource. On the basis of these strength and opportunities, if Guangxi can create its competitive strength to develop its passage economy, will greatly push the development in economy in the further future. In the paper, some reasonable developing suggestions will be proposed.
