H.264的帧内预测模式快速选择算法

摘要 在研究H.264帧内预测算法的基础上,应用并且改进一种快速帧内预测4×4子块模式选择算法,并且把这种算法应用到16×16子块模式选择算法中,同时,通过计算16×16块的平滑程度来决定是否进行4×4的模式选择。实验结果表明:对全I帧序列,与H.264参考代码中模式遍历算法相比较,该算法均有一定的优越性和实用价值。 In this paper, through analyze the intra prediction algorithm, a fast and simple intra prediction mode selection algorithm for 4 × 4 blocks is used and improved ,and this method is used in 16 × 16 blocks, meanwhile, by calculate the smoothness of the 16 × 16 to decide whether use mode for the 4 × 4 blocks. Simulation results for all - I frame - sequence with different contents show that the proposed algorithm have some advantage and practicality.
