摘要
目的:为医疗机构涉药人员防范和规避执业风险提供参考。方法:针对医疗机构涉药人员不规范用药、不对症用药问题及在审核处方、药品不良反应报告等方面存在的问题结合现有法律规范进行分析。结果与结论:尽管医疗机构涉药人员执业风险具有客观性,其存在是不以人的意志为转移的,但可以通过加强风险管理和对日常行为的规范,来降低这种不确定性风险发生的概率,进而降低执业风险。
OBJECTIVE： To provide references for drug- involved personnel in medical institution on how to guard against and evade licensing risks. METHODS： In view of the irrational use of drugs including using drugs without considering patients＇ symptoms in drug- involved personnel and the problems existed in auditing prescription and ADR reports, and combined the current laws and regulations, we analyzed the way to guard against and evade licensing risks in drug - involved personnel. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： There licensing risks of drug-involved personnel was objectively existed, which can not be diverted by will, yet the rate of uncertain risks could be decreased and licensing risks of drug- involved personnel could be thereby reduced by normalizing their routine behaviors.
