摘要
自1998年以来,全国培养本专科学历小学教师的事业在蓬勃发展。当前不少开设小学教育专业的高师院校都存在着因培养模式陈旧而制约人才培养质量的问题,尤其是国家新一轮基础教育课程改革以后,传统的人才培养模式已不适应新课程对新型师资的要求,因此,必须对我国小教专业人才培养模式进行积极的思考与探索。尤其是在专业人才培养目标和质量标准中应充分体现思想性、基础性、综合性、创造性、开放性、等现代人才素质的基本特征。
Training the primary teachers with professional training college or undergraduate degree has been developing prosperously since 1998. At present, many normal university with primary education major exist the problem that old training model limits talent training quality, especially after the curriculum reformation, the traditional talent training model has already not fit the requirement of new curriculum to new kind of teacher. So it' s necessary for us to refect and study actively to the traning model for primary education in our country.
