摘要
目的研讨乙肝HBsAg、HBeAg、前S(1Pre-S1)、前S(2Pre-S2)抗原与其DNA的检出关系。方法ELISA双抗体夹心法检测乙肝HBsAg、HBeAg、Pre-S1、Pre-S2四种抗原。把该四种抗原阳性结果分为4个组,每组选择2种最常见模式,共8种模式,每种模式50例,共400例,PCR荧光定量检测其DNA含量。结果乙肝DNA定量>1.0×103copies/mL为阳性,1组35例,检出率为35%;2组85例,检出率为85%;3组92例,检出率为92%;4组98例,检出率为98%。结论乙肝四种标志抗原与其DNA高度相关;四种抗原同时检出,可作为判断乙肝病毒复制的依据。
Objective To study and discuss the relationship between HBV HBsAg, HBeAg, Pre-S1, Pre-S2 antigen and its DNA mensurate. Methods ELISA double the antibody clip the heart method mensurate 4 kinds of antigens of HBV HBsAg, HBeAg, Pre-S1, Pre-S2. Press the following sequence to those four kinds of results with positive antigens to is divided into 4 group. Each one chooses 2 kinds of most common modes, total 8 kinds of modes, Each mode is 50 share serum, total 400. PCR Fluorescence method mensurates its DNA content. Results HBV DNA level〉1.0×103 copies/mL is positive. 1 group 35 example, checked rate is 35%; 2 group 85 example,checked rate is 85%; 3 group 92 example, checked rate is 92%;4 group 98 example, checked rate is 98%. Conclusion HBV four kinds of antigens and its DNA height are related; Four kinds of antigen mensurate in the meantime, be the credibility basis that estimates HBV virus replication.
