摘要
研究了一种采用时间分割控制方法的IGBT高频感应加热电源。该方法充分利用了IGBT器件的高压大容量器件特性,使采用IGBT替代功率MOSFET制作高频大容量感应加热电源成为可能。采用这种控制方式的高频大功率电源电路结构简单、控制方便,电源的输出频率可以得到极大的拓展,具有很好的应用前景。
This paper presents a new timesharing technique for IGBT high frequency induction heating power supply, through which the output frequency range is expanded greatly. It is possible to make high frequency high power induction heating power supply with IGBT instead of power MOSFET based on this method. The high voltage and high power capability of IGBT make the induction heating power supply compact and easy to control. Simulations and experiments show this technique has a good application.
